Typical gym attire, an athletic cup and shoes that have not been worn outside. (shorts, leggings, tshirt, flexible pants) Avoid wearing jewelry or clothing that may become too loose or expose sensitive areas when working with partners.
You will have the option to test out of your level and in to the next level at regular intervals throughout the year.
