High intensity, interval training that combines striking heavy bags and focus mitts with body weight exercises to improve your conditioning and burn calories. Prepare to sweat! No experience necessary.



Designed to push you further.  Using bodyweight training and equipment such as tires, kettlebells, TRX, slam balls and more. This class is rigorous but also fun. The focus is on improving speed, agility, power, and mental toughness.
